How Do I Enroll My Child?
Any three or four year old child (by August 1st) is eligible to be screened, with those most in need being served first.
Contact your local area HIPPY to speak with someone about the enrolling process. The HIPPY program will need a copy of the following documents in order for your enrollment packet to be considered complete:
Some families will be asked to provide proof of income also.
The parent and/or caregiver will have paperwork to fill out. When you contact your local HIPPY site, you will set up a day and time to meet with a home-based educator, who will go over the paperwork process with you, do a screening on your child, and collect the copies of the documents listed above.

- Child's Birth Certificate (this does not include certificates from hospitals)
- Child's Social Security Card
- Child's Latest Well Child Check
